Take all this as you will but...in Georgia you will be the only white people, in Nebraska it will just be you and the cornfields (it's not a very exciting state), and in Corpus you will be right by the beach all the time.
You would NOT like Omaha Nebraska! Trust me. My sister-in-law lived there and had a really hard time with how rural it was. They moved as soon as a better job came up. I know a lot of cities in Texas are expected to start to grow economically in the next couple years. I don't know anything about Georgia... so my vote is texas. Good luck!
My vote is Texas! I am trying to talk Matt into moving there in a couple years. Cheap housing, warm weather, beaches! Need I say more? Maybe we can live our dream of rollerblading on the boardwalk and getting hotdogs.
I lived in Houston and Dallas and I just LOVED Texas! The only negative thing? Humidity! Georgia is amazing too~ added bonus there is that your little girl will get the cutest southern accent. Houses are cheap and the beach is close by both, so I say flip a coin!

Talk to Sis Salisbury about Corpus
I'd totally go to Georgia. It's right by beaches and Florida, the cost of living is awesome!

I have to vote for Nebraska, just because I can't handle the weather in the South. Draw straws. Three offers - not too shabby.
